Shipping Policy

  1. Crocsgulf.com offers Free Shipping in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait.
  2. We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card, Store Credit, Apple Pay and Tabby as a method of Payment.
  3. Shipments will be delivered within 3-5 days for most of the areas.
  4. Please note that the Orders paid for Cash on Delivery attracts a handling fee of AED 20 in United Arab Emirates.
  5. For delivery orders to an out of service area, merchandise will be delivered to the nearest Fetchr office
  6. As per the delivery schedule and terms specified by Fetchr. Additional charges may apply.
